Message	He is likely infatuated with the prospect of owning a 500hp (or whatever) car and wants to be the guy who takes on the responsibility for maintaining and being responsible with the car, but he won't, or he will at first and then things will get tight and he'll let it go. I have seen and heard this MANY MANY times just here at my base alone.
